Subscription Exporting Errors

We have the Woocommerce Subscription Exporter which gives us two options - "Export Subscriptions" or "Export Subscriptions Using Cron". When we use the "Export Subscriptions" option, nothing happens, we get a blank screen. When we use "Cron", the downloads appear in the "Cron Exports" tab. However, when we try to download those exports, we get the "404 We couldn't find the page" screen. We use Woo Subscriptions to send physical magazines. We need the Export function to work properly so we know where to send each issue.
