Support for MobilePay the same way there's support for Apple Pay and Google Pay

Other MobilePay integrations. They tend to conflict with this plugin and cause issues or drive the switch to another payment provider.

Additional context
MobilePay is one of the most popular payment methods in Scandinavia and would be of great benefit to webshops in Scandinavia as well as their customers as they usually prefer to pay with MobilePay. The payment method requires a redirect-flow to function https://docs.stripe.com/payments/mobilepay

Previous attempt to add this was made here #3004

Am also willing to implement it myself - however I would need some direction in the "where to begin" department
