STM32F3&L系列兼容问题 #11

你好，在下载或者仿真STM32F3（STM32F301C8T6）系列时会报错，但是单片机ID是可以正常读到的，速率试了几种都不行，此外STM32 L系列不行，ID都读不到.

我这里用 F302C8T6 可以正常下载和调试。
elaphureLink 更新到 1.3.0 版本，确认下配置是否正确：
