Can we keep the email list of potential cRow/Wagga-r participants here?

Wondering if this is a good central location for our email contacts, or whether there is a privavcy issue with that approach?

Always tricky holding or collecting personal information. Ideally, users would be a member of the Github or similar space/mailing list that they can subscribe or unsubscribe. People can then control if they are on a list of cRow users and their contact preferences.
eg we could have Github teams per year wagga-r/teams
