Add reduced CRI subsets

These were available on the old CRI browse page containing subsets of certain species to export in one group, it would be useful to have them again.
This could be added as either another tab on the Select Primary VOC tabset panel, or as a new Menu with the same functionality (each subset represented by a tab, clicking a tab shows all the species in that subset)
