Describe the bug

When I use Nexus Premium and 1gbit Fiber Optic internet, the mb/s counter goes full on bananas showing me GB's/TB's

Additional Context

GTX 1080ti
Ryzen 7 3800x
16gbx2 Corsair LPX 3600mhz

Asrock B450m Pro 4-F
