Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
While organizing an event is a lot of fun, knowing how to moderate is a different skillset and we need to cover this to some degree in the handbook.

Describe the solution you'd like
There will be a section in the handbook to help organizers moderate their events. For the purposes of this issue, we will focus on moderating from the following perspectives:

  • How to kick off an event (i.e., things to consider like announcements, etc.)
  • How to end an event (i.e., closing remarks and encouraging attendees to speak or stay engaged with the community
  • How to manage a panel when hosting a Q&A, especially for difficult scenarios where a single speaker takes over too much or does not share well with other speakers.

Can you explain more what you mean by moderate? I may be able to add this content.
