Limit downloaded file size for a single song

Is it possible to add a parameter to limit the file size?
https://gaana.com/playlist/gaana-dj-70s-rafi and https://gaana.com/playlist/gaana-dj-top-hindi-songs-of-70s playlist downloads few incorrect large files 150 MB to 400 MB.
If there is a parameter that limits matching song name and checks size of a single file to less than 15 MB would be nice.

Its just converting the youtube videos matching with the title into the mp3. There's no proper audio. It's just video converter. Sorry but it's the truth.

Nope, it doesn't. It just retrieves the list of songs and information such as title, album, artists, etc. from these sites. It then downloads the matching music from YouTube.
