When we hover over some of the buttons, the text color does not change to black!

When we hover over some of the buttons on our website, the text color does not change to black as intended.

Upon hovering over any button, the text color should transition smoothly to black. This change should make the button text more readable and indicate to the user that the button is interactive

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open the site
2. Hover on the each button
3. Observe that some buttons do not change their text color to black.
