Chapter 15 : ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED when trying to log in with the credentials given #922

I am at the end of chapter 15, and I wanted to try to log in with the login and pw given. The screenshot is the error message that I am getting :

I looked it up but none of the things I tried worked :

clearing the cache
the internet connection is good
disabling the firewall
enabling the connection to websites not https

It feels like the deployed login page tries to reach my localhost dashboard?
Could someone help?
