Floting point JSAP arguments

Replacing a variable next to a . with a floating point value leads to a syntax error in the resulting SPARQL query.
Example
Input:

...
INSERT {?quantity qudt-1-1:numericValue ?value. }
...

Replacing value with 3.5

...
INSERT {?quantity qudt-1-1:numericValue 3.5. }
...

Resulting in a syntax error.

Suggestion
replace the value with the full syntax for rdf literals
