Add to the Instructional Methods page the following online course examples of instructional methods:

Under "Direct Instruction": instructional videos, slide presentations, synchronous lecture.

Under "Interactive Instruction": Discussion Board discussions around questions, Discussion Board debates, Wiki page creation, Blog posts with commenting, Synchronous discussion sessions, 

Under "Indirect Instruction": Case studies, Discussion Board reflections, 

Under "Independent Study": Blog posts, Journals, Learning Logs, Assigned questions, Auto-graded quizzes,

Under "Experiential Learning": In-depth online simulations,
