specify cometbls light client as the zk light client

it's technically possible to verify cometbls without the zkp, so we should either clarify that the cometbls light client is actually the zk verifier, or introduce a new light client (something like cometbls-groth16). this is potentially a breaking change for testnet 9, depending on what we go with.
