Merge all the updates as GSL's recent version

Merge all the updates as GSL's version
    1) Updated convective transport, wet scavenging
    2)updated large scale wet deposition, aerosol optical calculation
    3) Optimized the aerosol model code for parallel processing (2 threads)
    4) Implemented the capability to flexibly read more than one day input data for S2S and seasonal predictions
    5) Update UPP and fixed the issue in debug mode.

I think before we continue to merge in further updates we really need to sync up to the authoritative. Otherwise we will continue to diverge and it is already becoming an issue. See #104
