Postgresql installation not working #22

After installing postgresql, when I am calling pg_createcluster command or initdb command it is not starting the database and thowing error could not create shared memory segment: Function not implemented; Failed system call was shmget(key=5432001, size=56, 03600). Is System V IPC not implemented the project? Please help someone how to solve this or install postgresql correctly.
