mac version emulators for native tenv #183

To have another option of running tenv on m1 macs, we need to have "native" emulators built on m1 mac. We would need to add it as another version to https://data.trezor.io/dev/firmware/releases/emulators/

And set up the download script to download native macOS arm emulators when started "natively" with nix on macOS.
