Feature Request : Consumption this hour accumulated / estimated

Hi!
We currently have "Consumption since midnight", but it would be very useful to also have "Consumption this hour goes above X" and be able to trigger flows when consumption within the same hour goes above a value.

With the new changes in the grid rent (nettleie) in Norway, this would be very useful to be able to shed loads towards the end of an hour, to keep the consumption below X within each hour.

Also it would be useful to get similar alerts/conditions like the app already gives us, "When Estimated Consumption this hour goes above X" and be able to trigger flows from this.
