Current CB Notify is handled by https://github.com/telefonicaid/fiware-cygnus/blob/master/cygnus-ngsi/src/main/java/com/telefonica/iot/cygnus/handlers/NGSIRestHandler.java

It will be needed:

client mqtt
send2flume using streams
