Links in the Documentation Section Seem to Have Moved #126

The links in https://github.com/svenvc/zinc#documentation) seem to have moved (see the attached image).

I think they are pointing to the chapters in the PDF, or print, book here: (http://books.pharo.org/enterprise-pharo/).

Suggestions:

Move the link to http://books.pharo.org/enterprise-pharo/ and state something like:

"See the HTTP chapter in the book here [... the link]; the book is available for free download, but may be purchased as a print copy."
