How to estimate dstGasForCall on destination chain?

after wasting a lot of gas fee on BSC and Polygon, and getting this warning "Although one or more Error Occurred [out of gas] Contract Execution Completed" and also tracing on tenderly
i found out, i should fill dstGasForCall in lzTxObj properly. is there any function like "quoteLayerZeroFee" method to return proper value and call it before swap method?
