Comments
by the way @evadot created https://github.com/evadot/fbsd_gpio_py (which is not the same, but somewhat related). It is a few years ago but maybe they have input or want to help (fingers crossed) 👍 |
I realize that this issue probably belongs over in https://github.com/sparkfun/Qwiic_I2C_Py but we can move/recreate it if needed |

👍 will get back when I have gotten FreeBSD support in smbus2 |
Hello,
I am playing around with a bunch of QWIIC sensors on a pizero running FreeBSD. I would love to see support for FreeBSD in this so things are easier.
I can already speak to the QWIIC devices using the
/dev/iic0
device andi2c(8)
but Python support would be fantastic.I am available for testing stuff out or any questions!
Thanks :)
