Ciao,
allora come detto in mail dovremmo costruire questo nuovo db dei parlamentari eletti.
Per il momento disponiamo di

dataset completo Camera
dataset parziale Senato (mancano i dati geografici)
dataset old twitantonio 0.11

L'obiettivo è costruire in primo db degli eletti incrociando questi tre dataset.
Come procediamo?
