MPI version of mmseqs cluster

Dear MMseqs2 team,

I am trying to run the MPI version of mmseqs cluster and run into many synchronization issues of file and dir creations in a shared file system. From the errors, I was able to figure out some of them till the execution of the linclust.sh script.

My understanding is that out of the five steps in this script, some steps should be run by a single process and some need parallel execution. I am guessing that the first four steps should be run in a single process, right?

Please advise.
