Issue of evolved Pokémon do not inherit 'egg move' information from learnsets.json

Hi, I'm not sure if it's appropriate to ask here, and I am currently using https://play.pokemonshowdown.com/data/learnset.json as an API, but I found some errors in the egg move section. In the learnsets.json, evolved Pokémon don't seem to display any egg moves. For example, Pichu can learn Fake Out through an egg move, but Pikachu and Raichu do not inherit it. However, in the Pokémon Showdown team builder, Pikachu and Raichu can learn Fake Out. How can I retrieve egg move information for evolved Pokémon from learnsets.json?
