According to comments in smartdevicelink/sdl_core#1306 it is not clear what should be the behavior by reseting GlobalProperties.

Have HMI some default values for GlobalProperties for app?

For now SDL does not use default values from .INI file, according to smartdevicelink/sdl_core#2154 there is no SetGlobalProperties upon registration.

So please clarify what values should be used for ResetGlobalProperties.
