We are can't include this packages to the default image because it takes a lot of space. |

Issue
When attempting to start a docker container with the following requirements.txt file, it fails due to missing dependencies.
I narrowed down the issue to the
psutil
pip package requiringgcc
to be installed.I am unsure on the best way to proceed with this or if there is another way to get the psutil package on the container.
