Raspberry Pi /Jetson Nano suggestions?

I found #118 but it might be outdated for 2024.

I have a jetson nano and also some raspberries. I need advice on which HD to use. Jetson Nano has a m2 input but I'd just use it for a SSD if it had motion support otherwise it would just write too much.

I mainly want to know statistics like: how many cameras in resolution X (fps as well) can you record with raspberry pi version Y on HD version Z so I know which to buy

Also if I can use 2 or 3 HDs over USB 3.0 to increase writes
