I have added test for this argument in test_tumorcomparer.R script. There are some questions which could be clarified about specified gene_list comparison analysis. Do we accept that specified genes can have different representation in different data types(for example 7 genes are available in exp data and 12 genes in can)

@hakobyansiras For right now, do the comparison and in the code report warning("Data for one or more genes is missing across the input datasets"). Also, add a new field in the results (the list result) that has a vector of the genes used for each dataset.
