[Feature Request] Enable control-clicking to open course link into new tab

None of the links that link to another course contain an href, which means that I can't right click them and open the link into a new tab. Adding an href attribute won't break the page, at least not on Mac, and would enable additional functionality.

It would also be nice to add command-clicking to directly open into a new without having to right click and select the option, but simply adding an href attribute doesn't seem to fix this issue.
