Bug description

Nested safe tx : Parsing issue

Environment

Browser: Chrome/FF
Wallet: safe
Chain: any
env : production and release candidate

Steps to reproduce

Connect as a parent safe to the child safe
create a tx in the child safe and try to sign with the parent safe
check the tx in the parent safe

Current result: Parsing error

Expected result

The tx should be parsed without an issue

can not reproduce 15.11.24
