013-selectize load callback of github example not reached

hi,
can anyone confirm that in 013-selectize the dynamically loading github selectize is still working? I noticed the warning about the api-limit but wasn't able to run it in different attempts.

Also a simple
console.log('test');
at the beginning of the load callback does not seem to write to the console.
