Doesn't work on non-root A14 QPR2

we're receiving reports that Revenge doesn't work on Android 14 QPR2 because of LSPatch. if you have any issues, please report here!

It's because of LSPosed/LSPosed#2869
Stripped libart became a default in android 14 QPR2 if I recall correctly.

Forgot to mention but it's been fixed in https://github.com/mywalkb/LSPosed_mod but you'd have to fork LSPatch and change the LSPosed submodule to point to that and rebuild, then replace in manager and rebuild that too. I can do it later today if nobody gets to it before me.

Fixed with vendetta-mod/VendettaManager#77 though will have to wait for it to be merged, can use the actions build for now

With the actions build Revenge is no longer frozen at launch but a lot of icons/assets are seemingly missing and there is no settings entry for revenge
