我第一次启动扫码功能，苹果弹出授权框，点击取消后，程序闪退

好像没有找到取消授权后的处理逻辑， @cyqresig

有时间了辛苦看一下。

可以用react-native-permissions库判断ios是否授权，未授权不进入扫描页面或者不让Barcode组件加载
