only change width and height in CHUNK

right now width and height has to be changed in two places, CHUNK's canvasWidth etc and index.html

I suppose this could be inferred from the width of the canvas element. The CSS width actually stretches out the HTML width on canvas; which is kind of annoying. Mind taking a stab at this one?
