Post-event survey doesn't seem to work

I don't know if it gets sent automatically or not, but none of the attendees or volunteers from our event last weekend received a survey email.

When I login to the organizer console, I see a spot to review the survey results, and there are no results. And there's no button to click to send out the survey, from what we can tell either.

As a workaround for people who might run into this in the future -- we just used typeform.com to create a survey, and then linked to it in an email to attendees.
