Option --version does not show correct version - ^2.0 #1421

Running command deptrac --version returns: deptrac @git-version@ instead of deptrac 2.0.0

This problem also breaks the cache handling. see https://github.com/qossmic/deptrac-src/blob/72caeb512cfccdbb334f555ec14ba04d1376a294/src/Core/Ast/Parser/Cache/AstFileReferenceFileCache.php#L101
