With our own Mastodon presence coming up, we should also be able to link out to Mastodon (or other fediverse) profiles of our guest speakers (and potentially hosts as well).

This requires minor adjustments to the Speakers (and Members) item types in the backend and small (mostly copy'n'paste) changes to the profile pages on the website. (A new dedicated icon might be required.)
