after #8595 is merged:

update o!m RC with references and probably shuffle them around o!mania ranking criteria pattern descriptions missing context #6231
significantly rework, cut down, or even remove the osu!mania mapping guide, as it has a lot of overlap with existing materials (difficulty recommendations = o!m RC, patterns = the above PR, general information = other specialized articles)
