Native ARM support on Windows

Currently, there's no native ARM64 version for Windows available.

Provide an additional download for a native ARM version.

Describe alternatives you've considered

It does run emulated, but that's not the optimal solution.

Additional context

Windows ARM devices are becoming more and more popular.

There is actually no chance at all as Java is not available as native ARM64 at Windows...

Oh, I thought there was a version of the JRE for Windows ARM64 since there's a JDK version for Windows ARM64 too. Too bad, feel free to close this issue.
