  • Ran out of time because of confcall problems. Due to this, decided to switch back to Zoom (link in #general on Slack).

    • Proposal: 1 Technical presentation slot of 30 minutes (20 mins presentation + 10 min questions) + Round-table on PRs and other actions
  • Discussion about renaming the "issues" mailing lists in "discussions"
  • Round-table on opened PRs and open issues towards the 0.9RC

Actions:

  • Creation of a recurring event for the meeting with a dedicated hangout link
  • Create (in advance) a shared agenda for the weekly meeting
  • Promote the participation to the project from students and other people involved
