ratio_gin and out control how much signal is sent to each branch of FFC. If ratio_gin = 0 and ratio_gout = 1, then in this FFC layer no global signal enters and no local signal is outputted.
is common that the first layer of FFC has ratio_gin = 0 and ratio_gout = A, the middle layers of FFC has ratio_gin = A and ratio_gout = A, and the last FFC layer has ratio_gin = A and ratio_gout = 0.
most papers I have seen uses A = 0.5 (half of the signal is local and the other half, global).
the answer is based on what I understood of the paper, hope this helps!
can any one told that what is ratio_gin and out
