Allow users to control species prediction sensitivity via adjustment of min thresholds

Problem: Occasionally users provide small amplicons results in lack of any species prediction due to failure to meet default thresholds.
Solution: Allow users to adjust default thresholds such as minimum bitscore and min per base phred quality, as well as, other parameters. This will increase flexibility and better fit customer user cases and usage scenarios.
