Give line number when test fails

It's pretty clear which test file has failed, but often we have the same numbers in several places so it would be nice if the line number could be specified.

Possibly if it was something like this then in vscode you could click through to the right line from the integrated terminal: /3f70bce/frame/contracts/proc-macro/src/lib.rs:218:32
