When submitting big jobs, file transfer error are likely to occur and should be handled #66

For example when submiting a job of 200 tasks :

One file was not pushed successfully, an automatic retry mechanism should be implemented, to limit the trouble.

Do you have an idea about the cause of this failure?

I think it's simply because I'm connecting to the infrastructure from outside, using a mobile network, thus creating some instability in the connection
