Add Annotations (Paint and Text) to the Markup feature

Hello again!

It would be fantastic if you could implement an annotation feature with paint in the frame and text in the frame features.
E.g. draw a circle or an arrow around something you need to change (like a bad key or something to remove) and put a describing text next to it. Plus: An option to set the duration (one frame by default) or set an range corresponding to the current in+out.
