bind a port to address in UI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

in UI i can bint port to docker address 172.17.0.1 to allow only internal communication ( to proxy manager) and do not expose it outside the host
when using container view this part is removed (not visible) so it's possible to add an option bind to a NIC

i would like to see presistent i formation that container port binds to previously given address in UI now inly possible from stack

Describe alternatives you've considered

i each time add this part to new container (recreate/duplicate)
