There are several ways to access PUDL data, so it can be a bit confusing. If you want a fast way to get the "emissions_control_equipment_eia860" table in Excel, I recommend downloading it from Datasette. If you want more than 1000 rows, you'll need to click the "stream all rows" box at the base of this page. The full csv should be about 11.8 MB. Note that the cleaned version of the table is called "denorm_emissions_control_equipment_eia860" which might explain why you couldn't find it earlier. (Stay tuned for more table re-names in the not too distant future...don't worry, we'll have lots of documentation and we'll only do it once!)
