[Feature Request] dotnet --list-*

Please consider adding aliases for:

• dotnet --list-sdks
• dotnet --list-runtimes

They should return usable information. The results could be used to run a build that depends on the framework version/moniker/TFM.

Currently there is an alias for dotnet sdk check, but it's significantly slower as it also checks whether the local assets are out of date. Also, it just prints to the console, so it's not useful.

No need - I've found how to use StartAndReturnProcess to do this sort of thing manually.
