how do I enable apiman-ui debug logs?

with 3.2.0-SNAPSHOT on wildfly 23.0.2 and temurin 11.0.21, after signing in with OIDC, the page simply shows:

Server Error!
Unexpected Server Error. Please try again.

in standalone-apiman.xml i've modified the log levels from INFO to DEBUG as follows

            <console-handler name="CONSOLE">
                <level name="DEBUG"/>

            <logger category="org.jboss.as.config">
                <level name="DEBUG"/>

            <logger category="io.apiman">
                <level name="DEBUG"/>

            <root-logger>
                <level name="DEBUG"/>
                <handlers>
                    <handler name="CONSOLE"/>
                    <handler name="FILE"/>
                </handlers>
            </root-logger>

but STDOUT shows nothing useful regarding the server error in apiman-ui.
how can I get more useful information?
