Trouble side loading a second app

I downloaded SideStore (using one Apple ID) via the AltStore (using a different Apple ID) and I've managed to side load one app using the different IDs but now I can't download another because I've apparently reached the app limit.

Across the two IDs I did indeed hit the 3 app limit however I swear that each Apple ID allowed for 3 sideloaded apps each:

I don't have the option of deleting AltStore either because when I did, SideStore was deleted too. Is there any way I can side load one more app?
